Green Cottage #178 Greville
Avenue is a large 2 storey holiday house set on an elevated,
leafy, bush block with plenty of space for large families or
groups. With two bathrooms, balconies front and rear and
native bush to the waters edge, you'll feel miles away from
the rush and hassle of daily suburban work life. The backyard
slopes down to the waters edge with safe, clean waters to
swim and play in.
#178 sleeps 12+ in 4 bedrooms and has the following bed
setup:
bedroom 1: queen bed,
bedroom 2: queen bed,
bedroom 3: queen bed and 2 single bunks,
bedroom 4: queen bed and double bed with
overhead single bunk
lounge: double sofabed,
#178 is our largest house with room for a large group or
family or two families. With toilet & bathroom facilities
upstairs and downstairs, it's a very comfortable house to
holiday in.
Being nestled amongst native bush means friendly
possums are frequent visitors but don't feed them or you'll
never be left alone! Colourful and beautiful native birds
flit about the treetops and on the balconies you too feel
like you're living in a tree house. A boat ramp is located
just 900m away adjoining a family friendly reserve which is
very popular for windsurfing.You can also walk along the
waterfront reserve to Palm beach which continues around
Sanctuary Point. This walk is a great way to see the Basin
and you can see Pigeon House mountain in the distance from
the waterfront below #178.

stove, all crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils provided.
Bathrooms: Bath upstairs with with shower
overhead, shower downstairs. Hair dryer
Linen: On one queen bed
only, and
tea towels
Other inclusions/features: Colour TV &
DVD, Radio/CD Player, upstairs toilet & bath, downstairs
toilet & shower, large gas BBQ on balcony. Laundry with
washing machine.
Water access: Just follow the path down the
back yard to the water to a secluded forested beach, 5 minute
stroll to Palm Beach with BBQs & toilets, which is right
next to a general store for take-away food, meals and coffee.
7 minutes to Jervis Bay beaches. Views all the way across the
Basin to Sussex Inlet.
Parking: Plenty of off street parking with
carport under house. Maximum 5 cars permitted with booking.
Boat counts as 1 car space.
* Our houses are not suited to loud parties, as they are in a
residential suburban area.
Excessive
noise or disruptive behaviour is
not permitted at any time.
Smoking is
not permitted inside our
houses.
Please note: All our cottages are
renovated houses originally built by holiday makers (one is
amongst the earliest homes in the area), and with the
character of that house you may have stayed at on a south
coast holiday when you were a child.
They are nestled in native gardens with local wildlife a
feature.
If you're looking for a new project home just like those in
the majority of newer suburbs, that's not what we have.
However we do have the features you need for a great holiday!
