The following Tariffs are for 2 adults, per night.
For bookings of more than 2 adults, add $15 per adult extra, per night. Then add children's tariff (if applicable). Children's rates are below.

Off-peak Mid-week Monday to Thursday
2 nights + :$115 per night.
One night only - $145

Off-peak Weekend
Friday to Sunday
2-3 nights: $120 per night
One night only $155

Holiday rate (NSW Public & School hols)
Flat rate. $155 per night
(no overnights)

Children/concession
Children: 0-5 yrs $5 per night each, 6-12yrs $10 pn, 13yrs+ $15 pn ea (adult rate)
* Concession rates available on application for bona fide students, pensioners etc
* Parents with bed-wetting children must bring waterproof bed-protector.

Check-in is 2.00 pm and Check-out is 10.00 am when the cottage has bookings back to back.
Otherwise check-in and check-out times are flexible. Just ask us.

PAYMENT
Non-holiday times:
Less than a week before arrival - full payment in advance on credit card.
More than a week before arrival - deposit of 50% in advance for bookings of 2 or more nights, with balance due upon arrival when you collect the key.
Direct deposit negotiable.
Overnight bookings - full payment in advance by credit card only.

Long Weekends & Easter & Christmas bookings
- A minimum fixed price tariff may apply to these periods. Full payment in advance via credit card is required.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
- 6 weeks or more notice = full refund of deposit;
- Less than 6 weeks, but more than 2 weeks = 50% refund of deposit, if we are unable to refill the vacancy.
- Less than 2 weeks = no refund of deposit if we are unable to refill the vacancy.

Blue Cottage #164 Sanctuary Point is a restored 1950's holiday cottage with a large covered deck overlooking the waters of St Georges Basin. The back yard adjoins the quiet waterfront reserve along which one can walk around the waterfront.

Cottage #164 front
#164 sleeps up to 8 in 3+ bedrooms and has the following bed setup:
bedroom 1: queenbed,
bedroom 2: double bed,
lounge: double sofabed,
sleepout: 2 single bunks

There is plenty of off-street parking and a large front yard with room to hose down water sports equipment or car. It's just a 30 second drive from Palm Beach which is a great family swimming beach that is very safe for children.
Cottage #164 from water
A boat ramp is located just 500m along Sanctuary Point Road adjoining a family friendly reserve which is very popular for windsurfing.You can also walk along the waterfront reserve to the boat ramp and join up with the walking track from Palm beach which continues around Sanctuary Point. This walk is a great way to see the Basin and when on the south facing part of the walk you can see Pigeon House mountain in the distance.

Kitchen inclusions: Microwave, gas stove, all crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils provided.
Bathroom: Bath, with shower overhead. Hair dryer
Linen: On the queen bed only, and tea towels
Other inclusions/features: Digital TV with built-in DVD; Radio/CD Player, Large gas BBQ, Washing machine
Water access: Waterfront location means backyard adjoins waterfront reserve on St Georges Basin. 30 second drive to beautiful Palm Beach, with BBQs & toilets, which is right next to a general store for take-away food meals and coffee. 6 minutes to Jervis Bay beaches
Lockable sleepout for secure storage of sporting equipment
Parking: Plenty of off-street. Large front yard, plenty of room to hose down water sports equipment or car
Dog fencing: there is a securely fenced area within the property’s back yard, for your dog.

* Our houses are not suited to loud parties, as they are in a residential suburban area. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour is not permitted at any time.

Smoking is not permitted inside our houses.

Please note: All our cottages are renovated houses originally built by holiday makers (one is amongst the earliest homes in the area), and with the character of that house you may have stayed at on a south coast holiday when you were a child.
They are nestled in native gardens with local wildlife a feature.
If you're looking for a new project home just like those in the majority of newer suburbs, that's not what we have. However we do have what you need for a great holiday!
